We are publishers of unique books, presently in the kindle format. We have two divisions. A Children's division which publishes childrens stories. A second which publishes books of more general interest. Our first childrens book is titled "A Spy At Nine," or Danny and Herman growing up in Brookly and the City. The this book is a complimation of twenty stories. The first story, "A Spy at Nine," is shown on page two of this website.
The Second division of D&L Publishing has two books published in the Kindle format. The first title is, "I played Russian Roulette with Tobacco for 38 years, I won." It is a book, written by Dan Jaffe, about how he was able to stop smoking. Our second book is, "How to Get a Date With a Stranger." This book was also written by Dan Jaffe about how he was able to get dates easily by speaking up. These are self help books.
Our website is specifically designed to tell stories about how great it is to be an American. It is an outlet for ideas and experiences of growing up in the United States. Some of what we publish is humorous, some of it is serious. We think you will enjoy our stories, and our information.
We have several books published on the Kindle format and one is also published in hardcover. We are planning to publish them on audio CDs.
Dan Jaffe was a systems engineer for many years and designed submarine components. Later on he was a systems engineer working on Space Shuttle integration and Space Station integration.
After his NASA experiences he wrote for a local newspaper with a column called, "Jaffe's View." At the same time he began to write a column about automobiles
Dan Jaffe has lived through four wars, is a Korean War Veteran and knows what it's like to live in, "This Great Country." No matter what others thinks about the United States, his view is, it is still is the most exceptional country in our world where we all are free.
